As the incumbent N.C. State House Representative for District 3, I want to make it perfectly clear that I support and endorse Bob Brinson for State Senate. I have known bob since he moved back to New Bern after retiring from the U.S. Army and I look forward to working with him in the legislature to make Eastern NC an even better place to live.

I trust Bob Brinson. I know Bob Brinson will do exactly what he says he will do, because bob Brinson always does. He is a lifelong conservative; clearly Senator Jesse Helms thought so too when he signed his Letter of Appointment to West Point. Bob doesn't just "talk" Republican - he works Republican, in the Party, in every election, and in elected office. I've seen him treat the Republican Party as a full time job, and I know he lives his Christianity every day of his life. I know Bob Brinson will faithfully serve Republican principles and the people of Eastern North Carolina. He always has and he always will. He has my endorsement, my vote and my full support.

I'm excited to endorse Bob Brinson as our next State Senator. I have known Bob as Chairman of the Craven County Republican Party and as a City of New Bern Alderman. Even though I do not live in the Ward he served, I contacted him when I needed answers. He is hardworking, smart and dependable. He will serve us well.
